What would be the best business to start in my village? Whats missing?

Already here - pubs, eating outlets, coffee shops, deli, butchers. fruit n veg, frozen foods, many charity shops, bakers (chain), key cutting, clothes, hardware, sweet shop, �1 shop, estate agents, mini market (chain), newsagent, ladies and mens hair salons, solicitors, financial advice, chip shops, chemist, mobile phone, furniture, wine bar, Indian -chinese-italian eating, mobility, banks, post office, tattoo and jewellers....any suggestions, what will make me a fortune?? :)
