2 year old constipated...?

Hi everyone, my daughter who is 2 next month, has been constipated the last 2 days, and today started crying she was in that much pain, so went chemist and got some medicine which will help her poo for a short while, he has also advised me to change her diet, well to add more fruit and veg to her diet. Has anyone got any ideas for new foods i can give her which is going to give her everything she needs in her diet, as obviously what she is getting at the minute isnt good enough. Thanks
