Zyrtec allergy medication. It makes me feel so much better. Also, go to the store and buy a spray that comes in a white and red bottle called "simply saline". Spray it up your nose, and give it a chance to sit for a few seconds (It is hard to get used to at first, but this totally works) then blow your nose out. This helps rinse all the pollen and stuff bugging you out of your nose. Then last but not least, look at your local drugstore and you can usually find allergy eye-drops. They help relieve itching and irritation from allergies.
