My ex just got married and continues to contact me. Need some advice.?

I have a similar situation...but what's messed up is that my ex tells me that him and his wife are broken up..which i know is not true. And all he talks about is our past and all the things that happened and is trying to make our friendship better. I tell him all the time to worry about his relationship with his wife and not about our friendship so much. I have my own life to live. It is a hard situation because we have known these guys forever and want to try to remain friends with them. I'm just tired of feeling guilty for not being as close with him as i was before.
