How many lemons should you put in elderflower cordial instead of citric acid?

we've picked a load of elderflowers in the local park and are ready to make into elderflower cordial. But we kind find citric acid in any shops because druggies buy it to make drugs. We've decided to put lemons in instead but how much lemon juice is needed per 20 flower heads??? :)
