hey, im not fat and ive never been on a diet. but wat i know is, exercise doesnt exactly help lose weight because when u exercise, u get hungry and u eventually eat more. so wat u have to do is change ur lifestyle. u have to eat lots of veggies (they have less calories and fill up ur stomach), decrease sweets and fat. and sometimes ur weight is in ur genes, sometimes u cant just change it. but good luck
