Does anyone know where to find a full scale replica of Lucy Pevensie's dagger and cordial belt?

Like I said in the question, I want a 1:1, full scale replica, all I can find is a 1:6 scale one, and I'm really trying to avoid making it. If it does come down to making one, has anyone ever done it?
