Why does my ex drive down my street? Male opinions would be great! Females too, need real opinions/advice?

My ex & I had a horrible break up, he left me for another girl.We were together for 7 years & I knew him for 10 years. We were very close & the break up was a shock & bad (him causing it).He & I don't talk at all.We tried to be cordial to one another & texted each other like twice a month after the breakup, but it caused conflict between him & his girlfriend. My brothers catch him driving down my street. My brother saw him last week & 2 weeks before that driving down my street. My street isn't a street that he has to take for him to get home or go anywhere. So I'm wondering what's his deal. Any thoughts/advice???
