Gnat bites need help have over 40!!!?

went fishing woth dad for 3 days 2 nights came back and have over 40 gnat bites mums spent 15 mins puttin cream on me im 12 but they still itch i cant sleep and need a quick solution cant go to the chemist or buy any products pleaase help
