Ex gf says im annoying and irritating but still wants us to be friends?

Me and my ex broke up about a month ago..sshe says i ask to many questions and always misjudging things,, the thing is she still always texted me wanting to talk about just generalites and stuff in her life..until i said "treat me like an ex boyfriend" .We have mutual friends so we went to their house to watch a movie and me and her barely spoke but joked a little bit just trying to be cordial with her.. and after i made it home she says "had fun! So are we gonna be friends again" so i said sure why not..but my question is why is she so worried about it if im annoying and so irritating?
