How to sell a vehicle?

Ok i have a 1974 chevy 3/4 ton pickup. I am trying to sell it and have been using craigslist. All i get is idiots respond and then they say can i come take a look then they never do. I did buy some for sale signs but have nowhere to put it. I live in a mobile home park in the newest division on the end. there is not much traffic through. I've put it on craigslist countless times and all i get is the idiots that say they'll take a look at it and waste my day and never come. I do have it priced well below average as well. and it runs and looks fine. any ideas.
