I want the detail information of computer engineering?

I have got first division in 12 ...I have taken mathematics in 11 grade and biology in 12 grade..can i get admission in computer engineering in India?..if yes then i want to know which are the best college of computer engineering in India and i also want to know that what is scope of computer engineering..i can get job or not if i will go to abroad because after completing my education i am thinking to go to US ..plzz help
