Codeine medicine for cough, please advise ( Codinex, codeine phosphate)?

It doesn't work very well, and it can cause nausea and constipation, as well as dysphoria, but usually doesn't do much worse. I wouldn't worry overly much about it, but don't expect much from it, either.
