My 16 month old has had diarrohea and stomach cramps for 24 hours. He is not eating much either. I have been to the chemist and they said for that age you can only treat it with electolyte replacements and panadol. The cramps only come on just minutes before a poo (and only occur every hour or so). Does anyone have any suggestions other than a warm bath to help with the cramps? He doesnt have a temp.
